Our facilities are designed for fun, comfort, and relaxation. Dogs have access to a large garden with lots of play equipment and toys to keep them entertained, plus cozy indoor and outdoor dog beds. There are even soft sofas where pups can lounge and relax, ensuring they have plenty of options to rest or play depending on their mood.

Get in touch with us , you can do this via WhatsApp, phone, text message, email or on any of our social media platforms

Answer a few questions -We will send you a few questions to get to know your pup and make sure our home is the right fit for them

We will send over a quote for the dates you have requested ( if they are available ) and the process going forward and options on how to proceed

4 ) - Free Meet & Greet
Meet and greet -we will arrange a quick free of charge meet and greet so your pup can meet us. it helps us understand their personality and needs. Its also a chance to see how they interact with our resident dog Banjo

5 ) - Trial Stay & Play
Trial Stay & Play - Before any full overnight boarding, we always require a trial stay & play. This is where we will have your dog for a full day and an overnight stay. This is simply to make sure your dog feels happy, settled, and comfortable staying with us

Possible outcomes of the trial stay & play session
1️⃣ Some dogs may not settle
Just like people, not every dog feels comfortable sleeping away from home — and that’s completely okay.
If a dog does not settle and fails the trial stay & pay session, it simply means overnight boarding may not be the right fit for them at this time
In this case, any deposit paid towards the boarding will be fully refunded
We will always be honest and act in the best interest of your dog
2️⃣ Some dogs pass, but still need extra settling time
Some dogs may pass the trial stay & play sessions, but we may still recommend a few daycare comfort days or/and more sleepovers to help them for the longer overnight stays.
This helps your dog build familiarity, confidence, and comfort in our environment
It allows them to form positive routines and bonds gaining confidence and trust in our environment. 🐾
3️⃣ Some dogs settle perfectly
For dogs that settle well and feel relaxed, overnight boarding can then go ahead.
The trial stay & play session is not a test to judge your dog — it’s a way for us to ensure every overnight stay feels like a home-from-home experience, never stressful or overwhelming.

Hours : Drop off between 07.45AM - 10.00AM —- Pick up the next morning before 10AM
We love dogs of all shapes and sizes
Dogs of all shapes and sizes are welcome here, however there are a few we cant accept. We cant accept banned breeds, reactive dogs or unneutered males over 14 months, as they can show signs of dominance , marking in the home and humping behaviour.

“Stew & Bec boarded our 2 dogs for 10 days, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect family to look after them both.
Our rescue is a very shy, sensitive soul and takes a bit to gel but could see after only a few days the happiness in the great photos provided to document their stay. My spaniel also enjoyed her favourite sport played most days ( ball) with the guys as well.
It has been an absolute dream to be able to leave my 2 fur babies with such a nice family!!!
Would highly recommend to others, Stew and Bec welcome your dogs into their lovely home to be part of the family for their stay. Really 5 stars isn’t enough. a huge thank you and will absolutely be returning”

“These guys are absolutely fantastic! on such short notice, they were able to arrange a meet & greet then board our 5 year old spaniel for 9 nights. Daily updates and pictures of what activities & enrichment games they’ve gotten up to.
