Important Documents
General Documentation
About My Dog & Agreement Pack
All dogs joining Little Buddies are required to complete the About My Dog form and the Agreement Pack. These documents help us understand your dog’s needs, personality, and care requirements, and ensure that all owners are aware of our policies.
Please complete all sections, sign where indicated, and return the forms before your dog’s first day with us. Attendance cannot begin until all required documentation has been received.
Please ensure you read and understand our Terms & Conditions before making a booking.
By booking with us, you agree to abide by the policies outlined, including payments, cancellations, and care requirements.
Unneutered Dog Policy
For the safety, wellbeing, and harmony of all dogs in our care, Little Buddies requires Male dogs over 14 months of age to be neutered in order to attend. This policy helps maintain a calm, safe, and positive group environment.
We understand that neutering timelines can vary based on veterinary advice. In most cases, we are happy to work with owners who are following their vet’s guidance, and each dog will be considered on an individual basis.
Doggy Daycare Deposit Policy & Information
Daycare Deposit
A deposit is required for all daycare dogs to secure their place at Little Buddies. This helps us manage numbers fairly and ensures consistency for our regular pups.
The deposit is held on your account and used in line with our booking and cancellation policy.
Rolling Deposit Scheme (Regular Daycare Dogs)
We offer a Rolling Deposit Scheme for our regular daycare pups to help secure their ongoing place at Little Buddies. The deposit is held on your account and automatically rolls forward, providing peace of mind that your dog’s spot is reserved.
This scheme helps us manage attendance fairly and consistently, and the deposit will be applied in line with our booking and cancellation policy.
Dog Boarding Deposit Policy
Dog Boarding Deposit Policy
This document explains Little Buddies’ deposit requirements for boarding, including when a deposit is needed, the circumstances in which it may be refunded, and when the remaining balance must be paid. It helps ensure your dog’s place is secured and that both owners and Little Buddies understand the booking process.
Trial Stay & Play Information
Trial Stay & Play Session
Before joining Little Buddies, all dogs are required to attend a Trial Stay & Play session. This session allows us to gently assess your dog’s behaviour, social skills, and comfort within our environment, while giving them the opportunity to explore, play, and settle in at their own pace.
The trial helps ensure that Little Buddies is the right fit for your dog and that we can provide a safe, happy, and positive experience for everyone in our care.
Comfort Days Information
Comfort Days
Comfort Days are short daytime stays designed to help boarding dogs gradually settle into the Little Buddies routine before an overnight stay. These sessions allow your dog to become familiar with our environment, smells, people, and daily structure in a calm and positive way.
Comfort Days help reduce stress and anxiety when it comes time for boarding, giving your dog the confidence to relax and feel at home with us. We may recommend one or more Comfort Days depending on your dog’s individual needs.
